Yay, another weekly meal schedule – that is two in a row! I am happy to say that last weeks meals went perfectly according to plan.
I blogged two posts, but one recipe —> Spaghetti Squash Carbonara. Also, I blogged (a very belated) Valentines Day post where I posted lots of pictures of the brunch that my husband made for me. I also admitted a new dietary change, so check it out to see what I am talking about!
This week we bought a massive family pack of chicken + will be feasting off of that all week. We are really trying hard to cut down on our grocery bill because it has seemed to get a bit out of hand.
Any money saving grocery tips?! Please share with me, I would love to hear them!
This Week’s Meals:
Monday- lemon chicken orzo soup
Tuesday- chicken stir fry
Wednesday- buffalo steak (thanks again, dad!) + veggies + red quinoa
Thursday- chicken and avocado salad
This Week’s Groceries:
- lots of chicken!
- red quinoa
- almond milk
- romaine lettuce
- gluten free orzo
- chicken broth
- fresh dill
