If you read my last post, you would have seen that I do some guest blogging for Cuisinart Kitchen Appliances and have enjoyed the partnership that we have together.
I have also been having a blast with the food processor ever since I received it! How did I ever survive without it?!
One of my latest creations using our new kitchen gadget was this refreshing Peach Salsa, which my husband and I devoured along with a big bag of Garden of Eatin’ Tortilla Chips blue corn chips.
The recipe for this Peach Salsa was so simple, and you could add or remove anything you would like to make it to your liking. We were very pleased with the way ours turned out!
3 white peaches
1/2 red onion
1/2 green pepper
3 plum tomatoes
handful of cilantro
juice of 1/2 a lime
(You could add a jalapeño for a little kick!)
1. Place all ingredients into the food processor, and pulse until it is diced to your liking. (Side note, I pitted my peaches and cut my veggies a bit before I put them into the food processor, just to make its job a bit easier.)
