Here I am, posting a weekly meal schedule and it’s Tuesday! I am certainly getting behind. But, I promise I have a good reason!! My husband and I just celebrated our one year anniversary this past weekend. We were fortunate enough to get away for the weekend and spend some quality time with each other in a beautiful place. (I will be posting about our weekend away later this week!)
We just got back late last night from our long weekend away, and tonight we are having dinner at my parents house. Therefore, I only have to make three meals this week!
I was supposed to make crepes last week, but didn’t end up having the time, so I am going to make them this week! Along with a hawaiian pork chop sandwich, and a spaghetti squash and veggie casserole.
I am so excited to make crepes! I have always wanted to and this week I finally have the opportunity!
