Some may say my practice of leaving love notes for my husband is just newlywed love, or being in the “honeymoon stage”, but I want it to be a continual action throughout our marriage.
My husband and I always leave each other love notes around the house, and if I’m being honest, I will tell you that I absolutely love them. What’s better than little visual reminders of how much you love one another? Especially when you least expect it.
I made Forrest this sign last night while he made a quick trip to Home Depot. I placed it right next to his desktop computer so that when he came upstairs to work today, he would see it.
Let this be a reminder that the little things you do make a difference. I loved watching my husband’s face when he saw the note I had left him on his desk.

Since getting married, my lists have become about married life and ways to love and respect my husband. I feel vulnerable sharing these pages of my journal, but if they can inspire or help other people, I am more than willing!
