You’re in luck, here’s a way to whip up a healthy dip in a few minutes that will have everyone’s mouth watering. Our Jalapeño Corn Dip didn’t last too long amongst us and a few siblings, although the flavor stays in your mouth for a while afterwards!
It’s full of delicious fresh veggies, spicy jalapeños, and just the right amount of cheese and sour cream. You can’t go wrong with that combination!
4 ears worth of corn
3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 jalapeños, diced
2 cups shredded cheese
juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup light sour cream
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a pie dish.
3. Place in the oven for 10 minutes, and then broil for 2 minutes.
4. Serve hot with some Garden of Eatin Chips Red Hot Blues!
