There is nothing like a homemade salad dressing! It’s nice to know what goes into your dressing, especially since salad dressings are an item not always thought of as unhealthy. Nevertheless, some scary¬†stuff can be hiding in there!

We made one tonight and it is absolutely a recipe we will come back to!

Ingredients:
3 tbsp MCT oil¬†(if you don’t have this, just use olive oil in its place)
4 extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves
2 1/2 tbsp white white vinegar
1/4 tsp ground dry mustard
1/4 tsp ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves, no stems!

Directions:
1. Combine/blend all of these ingredients in a Nutribullet and pour over a salad!
2. That’s all! Enjoy!
