1 cup oats
3/4 scoop protein powder
4 eggs (1 whole egg, 3 egg whites)
2 tsp cinnamon
dollop of coconut oil
1. In a Nutribullet, blend 1 cup of oats until it becomes a powder.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the Nutribullet and blend until well mixed.
3. Pour onto your coconut oil-greased griddle.
