This past weekend, my husband and I spend the day at a beautiful garden. We love exploring and finding new places to adventure. Especially when they’re beautiful places outdoors!

This place was stunning! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to completely capture the beauty because it was a little cloudy and overcast, plus my real camera was broken, so I ended up just taking pictures with my phone. That being said, I’m sure you can tell just how pretty it was there.

We walked around this “living museum of plants” practically all afternoon. There were so many different paths to walk around, and many different plants, trees, bushes, flowers to enjoy. There were different viewing points, tons of benches for sitting and admiring the beauty, as well as a nice cafe with its own gorgeous view!

This botanical garden paradise sits on 132 acres, and boy do they make use of it all! The entire place is so well taken care of and in such gorgeous shape. What really sets them apart from other well-landscaped places is that you aren’t bothered by the sight of the grounds crew (they must work at night!).

The smell as you walk around is incredible. I am a sucker for delicious smelling flowers!

We weren’t even here at the full bloom of the flowers, so I will have to go back in a few weeks and check it out once everything has blossomed.

What a wonderful day I had with my sweet husband enjoying beauty together! 🙂

The above vegetable garden is set up in a strategic way. It is set up so that you can reach everything without trampling over your precious vegetables! I can not wait to have a garden some day! There is another garden to the right as well.

You can’t tell from this photo, but we had a beautiful mountain view out the windows.
