There is no better way to start the day than with a nice protein powder smoothie! Recently, we have been adding a handful of spinach to our smoothies and it’s great because we get the health benefits of spinach, and you can’t even taste it!
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp almond butter, (ours is homemade)
1 heaping cup of frozen blueberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
handful of fresh baby spinach
3/4 cup milk
1. Scoop your chia and flax seeds into the Nutribullet (or any blender) and blend until a powder, then set aside in a small bowl.
2. Add the protein powder, almond butter, blueberries, banana, and spinach in the Nutribullet. Lastly placing the bowl of chia and flax seeds on top. Then add the milk.
